1. When is the Wisner City Office open?

The Wisner City Office is open from 8:00 AM to Noon and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

2. When are City Council meetings held?

Regular City Council meetings are scheduled for 7:00 PM on the first and third Monday of each month. Special meetings are scheduled as needed. Meetings take place at:

If the scheduled Monday is a holiday, the meeting is then scheduled for the first business day after the holiday.

3. How do I request to look at public records?

Please fill out the Records Request Form and return it to the City Office at 1111 Avenue E. an appointment will be made for you to view the records.

4. How do I get an item on a council agenda?

Please fill out the Future Agenda Item Request form and return it to the City of Wisner Offices at 1111 Avenue E.

5. How do I apply for a handicap parking permit?

Talk to your doctor.   They should be able to submit everything online because someday they want our offices to not be a part of getting the permit.  If they will not, then fill out the Handicap Permit Form and return it along with a copy of your driver's license to the City Office at: 1111 Avenue E Wisner, Ne 68791

6. How do I get a permit to sell liquor at an event?

Contact the City Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer at the Wisner City Office to apply for a Special Designated License permit.

7. I want to sell an item or service door-to-door. What do I need to do?

Stop at the City Office at 1111 Avenue E to submit a Vendor and Transient Merchants Application. Information will be needed from all sellers, including photo IDs. There is a $150 annual application fee. The City has 7 business days to issue the permit.
