The City of Wisner maintains a City dump site for residents and businesses to dispose of garbage, grass clippings, limbs and branches, and recyclable items. The site is located on the east side of Wisner, south of US 275.
• Open M & W – 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday - 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Collection Fees
• Residential: $7.50 per month, included on the monthly utility bill.
• Commercial: $8.50 per month, included on the monthly utility bill.
• Non-Residents: $102.00 per year, due October 1st.
Grass Clippings Pile & Tree Pile
• Located at the Wisner dump site, south of US 275 on the east side of town.

Wisner strives to be a green city and provides its citizens and businesses with recycling capabilities. Recycling materials can be brought to the Wisner dump site, on the east side of town south of US 275.
Items Accepted
• All plastics
• Catalogs
• Magazines
• Phone books
• Newspaper
• Aluminum cans
• Tin cans
• Corrugated cardboard
• Office paper (8.5” x 11”)
Items Not Accepted
• Five gallon #2 buckets
• Glass
• Hard bound books
• Lids
• Shredded paper
